venue hire

Rates: $700
(Statutory Holiday’s incur an increase in hireage to $2500)

The price includes exclusive use of the venue from 3.00pm to 12.00am midnight. It also includes access to the Bushmere Estate Vineyard grounds for photo opportunities.

Please note: The bar will close at 11.30pm, music should cease by 12am and guests need to depart by 12.30am.

Marquee seats 180 guests.
Should you be planning a event without a formal seating plan then larger numbers can be discussed.

We offer a selection of menus.  These are our suggestions only and we are more than happy to work with your ideas. We can also arrange to print your menu continuing your theme.

We serve Bushmere Estate Wines, a selection of national and local craft beer, spirits, punches and non alcoholic beverages. BYO is not available as an option.

tables & chairs

We offer rectangle shaped tables with white chairs as part of your venue hire.
If you wish to have any other type of table or chair we will be happy to arrange hireage for you at cost.

We supply all our own linen with a cost for laundry only @ $7.50 per cloth and $1.50 per napkin.


booking & payment terms

A deposit of $200.00 is required at the time of confirmation.  This deposit is deducted from your invoice on billing.

Payment of your final account is required within seven days from the receipt of our invoice.  Payment should be made by direct credit to our bank account or by cheque.  Should you wish to pay by credit card, 1.5% credit card fee will apply

The deposit is refundable if cancelled prior to 6 months of the date of the function.
