venue hire

Rates: $500.00

The price includes exclusive use of the venue from 4.30pm to 12.00midnight. It also includes access to the Bushmere Estate Vineyard grounds for photo opportunities.
Please note: The bar will close at 11.30pm, music should cease by 12.00midnight and guests need to depart by 12.30am.

Marquee: Seats 150 guests.
Should you be planning an event without a formal seating plan, larger numbers can be discussed to suit.

We serve Bushmere Estate Wines, a selection of national and local craft beer, spirits, punches and non alcoholic beverages. BYO is not available as an option.

tables & chairs

We offer rectangle shaped tables with black chairs as part of your venue hire. 
If you wish to have any other type of table or chair we will be happy to arrange hireage for you at cost.
Linen for the tables is a hire item at cost.


booking & payment terms

Booking: A deposit of $200.00 is required at the time of confirmation.  This deposit is deducted from your invoice on billing.

Payment terms: Payment of your final account is required within seven days from the receipt of our invoice.  Payment should be made by direct credit to our bank account or by cheque.  Should you wish to pay by credit card, 1.5% credit card fee will apply

Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable if cancelled prior to 6 months of the date of the function.
